A Great Barbarian from Birmingham, not as fat as he used to be, with a bostin' Wench and 2 small babs. Also a lifelong Baggie, geek and metalhead. Not blogged for ages.
dude great website. i havnt got the patients to work on one. how about that stag weekend. jeez ive only just recovered. i certainly sorted out that too much blood in my alcohol system problem out. hope u had fun and that andy has had a good nights sleep without being interfeared with finaly lol, black ink suits him. in words of Abaram Linkin "party on dudes"
Can I just say, yes that was a brilliant tribute, but was it anywhere near as good as the real thing??? After seeing Green Day for the first time at the Birmingham NIA, I have to tell u that they rock!! and doing 'king for a day' aswell! (classic!!) If anyone hasn't seen Green Day live, make sure u do so!
Ha! You should've seen the old JB's - that really was a shed! And the modern day gristleburgers had nothing on the one's you could get from the hole in the wall of that building! What I really loved about the place was the fact that when it got really hot, the stalactites of beery sweat used to melt on the ceiling and drip back down on your head leaving a nasty brown trail! And everyone used to drink Newkey Brown - only because it came in sealed bottles and was therefore less likely to give you the squits!
Hey its Daint here from Green Bay, I remember the old J.B.s too, I saw some great bands there. The La's, the Babysitters, Crazy head Ballaam and the Angel, The Wonderstuff (I think) what a fuckin great venue, anyway cheers for the review Chris, maybe see you at J.B.s next time mate
